Posters should be on a single sheet of 90 cm width and 120 cm depth.
The language of the poster should be in English, and its content should be well labelled, and headlines should be readable from 2 meters.
Proofreading of the poster should be done before final printing to avoid grammatical errors.
No printing facility will be available at the Congress venue.
The poster should carry on its top, the title of the work (abstract submitted), name(s) of authors, affiliations and e-mail id of the presenter in the format of abstract submission.
The poster should carry the Abstract ID on the top right-hand corner with a photo of the presenter.
Below this, a brief introduction, material and methods, results and discussion, conclusions, references, and at the bottom the Acknowledgements (if any).
The contents including text, table, figures, photos, etc. should be in double-column format, while the reference and acknowledgements can be in single columns (margin to margin).
Font: Use ‘Times New Roman’ and the Font Size for the TEXT other than the titles/ subtitles should be 24-28 and for poster title 68 – 72.
Abstract Number: Please mention the abstract number at the top, right corner of the poster.
